you know what, the creations in my gallery don't even touch on what my art is like today. my art and my style has evolved so much, and I haven't had the motivation to post my work on DA.
I should really get in the art-mode again or else I will totally lose it
I sound like a loser :D

Our innate idiosyncrasies are actually more endearing to others than our most glorious personal achievements.
You're a great cook, but your sweetheart falls in love with you the day you set the stove on fire with your creme brulee. Make peace with yourself once and for all: Love is not a meritocracy. History is full of incompetent people who were beloved, blunderers with winsome personality traits, and inept folks who delighted their entourages with their unassuming presences. Their secret? To accept their flaws with the same grace and humility as their best qualities.

There are practical benefits to not being perfect. As scientists today are discovering, quirkiness is a creative force in nature, one capable of neutralizing the otherwise irreversible process of degradation called entropy. In the same way, our faults, weaknesses, and unlucky breaks work to our advantage by making us more resilient, more inventive, and ultimately more effiecient.

Forgive yourself. Soon, you will discover that self-acceptance and tolerance do not have to be hard work.
